SDK Manger를 실행합니다. >>

오른쪽 창에서 [SDK Tools]탭을 선택합니다.

Update 가능 한 것이 있으면 모두 없데이트합니다.

오른쪽 창에서 [SDK Tools]탭을 선택합니다. >>

우측 하단의 [Show package Details] 체크하여 세부 항목을 표시합니다. >>

[28.0.1] 항목을 체크 한 후 >>  [Apply]
